ROSELINE: S605-GBE
September 2021: Thanks to the generous donation from Nancy McVary, Roseline has been re-enrolled into school for the 2021/2022 school year. She was promoted to the 1st grade this year and still wants to be a driver when she grows up. She continues to live with her uncle.
September 2020: Meet Roseline, who has been generously sponsored by Nancy McVary. She is 10 years old and in the K-2 this year. She lives in Gbayden, Liberia with her uncle and his 3 children. After the death of Roseline’s father, her uncle took her into his home with the intention of helping to sending send her to school. Unfortunately, the uncle lost his job shortly after taking Roseline. He has been unable to afford to send Roseline to school. Her interests are cooking and she hopes to be a driver when she grows up.
