When you empower a woman,– Bulleh Bablitch-Norkeh (Co-founder of GPA)
you empower a community.
At our Women Empowerment Program, we believe in empowering women by providing them with the tools to become self-sufficient and provide for their families independently.
Our program equips women with goods worth $100 that they can sell for profit, and every dollar donated towards empowerment goes directly to the cause.
Our program supports women from various backgrounds, including young single mothers and older women raising orphaned grandchildren or relatives, who have faced abuse and hardship. We operate as a grassroots campaign in Liberia, West Africa, and our work is ongoing. Women travel miles to attend our Women Empowerment Program, placing their trust in us to listen to their stories and provide a helping hand.
Through our program, we provide women with a range of materials and support, including skill-building, mentorship, and accountability for their progress. This holistic approach significantly increases their chances of achieving success and becoming independent.
On our website, you can read about the women we have empowered. Although their stories may be difficult to read, they are both heart-breaking and heartwarming. We refer to our program as Girl Power because every woman, regardless of age, still carries the dreams of her younger self. Join us in supporting these girls and their dreams.
With just a one-time donation of $100, you can help us empower a woman with the goods to start a self-sustaining business. Your generosity in supporting our program has given these women a new opportunity at life. Your kindness will not only change her life but also the lives of her children and future generations.
Thank you for joining us in empowering these women to create a better future for themselves and their communities.
