Thanks to the generous donation from Meicher Family Charitable Foundation, Louis has been re-enrolled into school for the 2021/2022 school year. She was promoted to the K-1 grade this year and still wants to be a teacher when she grows up. She continues to live with her father.

Meet Louis, who has been generously sponsored by Meicher Family Charitable Foundation. She is 7 years old and is going to school for the first time in ABC. She lives in Gbeleyee Town, Liberia with her father. Her mother died from Cholera 3 years ago. Her unemployed father is having a difficult time supporting his family. Her interests are helping her father cook and she hopes to be a teacher when she grows up.
