September 2021: Thanks to the generous donation from Julie Maus, Josephine has been re-enrolled into school for the 2021/2022 school year. She was promoted to the 5th grade this year and still wants to be a chef when she grows up. She continues to live with her mother.

September 2020: Thanks to the generous donation from Julie Maus, Josephine has been re-enrolled into school for the 2020/2021 school year. She was not present during registration but her materials were left with administration to be given upon her return. She is in the 4th grade this year and still wants to be a chef when she grows up. She continues to live with her mother.

October 2019: Thanks for the generous donation from Julie Maus, Josephine has been re-enrolled into school for the 2019-2020 school year. 

June 2019: We are pleased to announce that Josephine was promoted from 2nd to 3rd grade this year. Julie, Kim and Katie, thank you for your sponsorship and giving your student a gift of education. 

2018:  Josephine has been generously re-sponsored by Julie Maus, Kim Lindas and Katie Meyer. She is 13 years old and was promoted to the 2nd grade this year. Josephine lives in Sanniquellie with her mother who is unemployed and couldn’t afford to send her to school. Her interests are playing with her friends and she hopes to be a chef when she grows up.
