Evelyn had a successful school year and passed to third grade. We are not sure why she was not in school the day of our annual check-in and supplies distribution but extended well wishes to her through her principal. We also left Evelyn’s supplies packages with the principal and look forward to seeing her next year. Sponsored by: James Barker

Thanks to the generous donation from James Barker, Evelyn has been re-enrolled into school for the 2021/2022 school year. She was promoted to the 2^nd grade this year and still wants to be a designer when she grows up. She continues to live with her grandmother.

Meet Evelyn, who has been generously sponsored by Julie Lavandowska. She is 9 years old and is in the 1st grade this year. She lives in Borsonnor Town, Liberia with her grandmother. Her father died from food poisoning and her mother abandoned her with her grandmother and moved out of the region with her new boyfriend. Her interests are playing dress up with her dolls and she hopes to be a designer when she grows up.
