ANGELINE: S83-SAN

September 2021: Thanks to the generous donation from Pam Albi, Angeline has been re-enrolled into school for the 2021/2022 school year. She was promoted to the 2nd grade this year and still wants to be a beautician when she grows up. She continues to live with her grandmother.

September 2020: Thanks to the generous donation from Pam Albi, Angeline has been re-enrolled into school for the 2020/2021 school year. She is in the 1st grade this year and still wants to be a beautician when she grows up. She continues to live with her grandmother. (Please Note:  Angeline was out of town on the day of the 2020-2021 school distribution. Her materials were left with the school authorities).

October 2019: Thanks to the generous donation from Lisa Southern, Angeline has been re-enrolled into school for the 2019-2020 school year. 

June 2019: We are pleased to announce that Angeline was promoted to 1st grade for the 2018-2019 school year. Lisa Southern, thank you for your sponsorship and giving your student a gift of education. 

2018:  Meet Angeline, who has been generously sponsored by Lisa Southern. She is 7 years old and was promoted to the kindergarten2 this year.  She lives in Sanniquellie with her grandmother who is unemployed and could not afford to send her to shcool.  Her interests are playing with dolls and she hopes to be a beautician when she grows up!  

 

2017:  Meet Angeline, who has been generously sponsored by Shamie Gaynor and Sara Colburn-Alsop. She is 6 years old and was promoted to the kindergarten1 this year.  Angeline who is an orphan is now living with her grandmother in Sanniquellie, Liberia becaise her aunt’s income is not sufficient to take care of another child. Her interests are playing with dolls and she hopes to be a beautician when she grows up!  Little Angeline spoke her first sentence in English this year!! 

 

2016:  Meet Angeling, who has been generously sponsored by the Norkeh Family. She is an 5 years old orphan and is going to school for the first time this year and doesn’t speak a world of English. Angeline’s mother died 3 years ago when she was 2 years old.  She was taken by her aunt took to raise. However, the aunt does not have the finance to send her to school. They had come to Girl Power to help Angeline get an early start on her education. Her interests are playing with dolls and she hopes to be a beautician when she grows up.
