January 2024: Victoria is thirty eight years old and single-handedly cares for her seven children!  She does subsistence farming and she shared it seems as if she wakes up each day to labor or fret about laboring to keep her family fed and her children in school.  Victoria is determined to diversify her streams of income by splitting her time between farming activities and creating a cooked food shop.  She received an economic empowerment package to purchase supplies to open her cook shop.
