SENNIE: E408-GBA

JUNE 2022: Sennie is a 62-year-old mother and grandmother living with her
husband and adult children in Gbapa, Nimba County. Sennie is a subsistence
farmer.  Her older husband farmed as long as he could but is now too old and
sickly to continue.  Sennie’s children live nearby and helps out when her farming
resources cannot stretch to provide for their monthly needs. Sennie is very thankful
for a farming supplies Empowerment Package which provides additional tools and
supplies that she cannot afford due to her husband’s deteriorating health. Thanks to
the generous donation from the Girl Power Africa General Funds, Sennie will be
selling additional produce in the local market to help sustain her and her family.
