KOU: E436-GBA

JUNE 2022:  Kou is a 38-year-old mother living with her “husband” (through a
common law marriage) and seven children in Gbapa, Nimba County.  Kou sustains
her family through subsistence farming and is thankful for the support of a farming
supplies Empowerment Package.  Kou said she will use the extra tools to make a
large pepper farm as a means to provide more income for their large family. 
Thanks to the generous donation from the Girl Power Africa General Funds, Kou’s
goal of growing a large pepper farm to sustain her family has been met.
