2023

Nineteen year old Promise was promoted to ninth grade.  Thankful for a full support scholarship, Promise began her 2023/24 school year with optimism coupled with a promise to herself and her family to do the best she can.  Promise still wants to be a nurse one day.

2022

Promise is excited about her eighth grade school year.  She said she is getting closer to finishing high school.  This is Promise’s sixth year with GPA support and we are humbled to witness her growth and development.  She still want to be a nurse one day and continues to live with her mother. Thanks for the generous donation from Lori Ronspiez Sanderson, Promise has been re-enrolled into school for the 2019-2020 school year.

Meet Promise, who has been generously sponsored by Lori Ronspiez Sanderson. She is 13 years old and in the 5th grade this year. She lives in Duazon, Liberia with her mother. Promise told Girl Power Africa, “Thank you for making me to be counted among the living”. Her interests are dancing and she hopes to be a nurse when she grows up.
