Patricia was promoted to third grade and her favorite subject is spelling.  During our interview, she was extremely grateful for this opportunity and shared with us how much school and GPA has transformed her life. We are pleased to announce that Patricia was promoted to the K-2 for the 2018/2019 school year. She is a role model to both her classmates and her siblings. In school, she is known to make sure her classmates understand-otherwise she’ll sit with them to help. At home, she helps cook, clean, and takes care of her 4 brothers and sisters. Meet Patricia Paye, who has been generously sponsored by Sara Harris.  She is 9 years old and in kindergarten-1 this year.  Patricia lives in Sopea, Liberia with her mother.  After the death of Patricia’s father, who died from a snake bite, her unemployed widowed mother has been having a difficult time supporting she and her 5 children. Patricia hopes to be a doctor when she grows up.
