NEMELAH: S679-KIA

October 2022:  Nemelah still want to be a medical doctor one day.  He did very well in school last year. He still lives with his aunt and is excited about the upcoming school year.  His favorite subject is reading at which he scored the highest mark. Sponsored by: Donations from General Funds

September 2021: Thanks to the generous donation from Christina Velasquez, Nemelah has been re-enrolled into school for the 2021/2022 school year. He received an incomplete for the 2020-2021 school year. Due to COVID-19 outbreak, schools in Liberia had irregular school schedule. This combined with the lack of technology in the schools, some schools made the decision to keep students in their current grade level for the 2021-2022 school year. Nemelah was kept in his current grade level of 1st grade for the upcoming school year. He continues to live with his aunt and still wants to be a doctor when he grows up.

September 2020: Meet Nemelah, who has been generously sponsored by an Anonymous donor (Mohamad). He is 9 years old and is in the 1st grade this year. He lives in Kialay, Liberia with his aunt. His mother is disabled, and he has never known his father. His interests are helping save lives and he hopes to be a medical doctor when he grows up.
