September 2021: Thanks to the generous donation from Laytee Norkeh, Naomi has been re-enrolled into school for the 2021/2022 school year. She was promoted to the 12th grade this year! She’ll be graduating this year, which is a huge accomplishment! A child graduating from high school positions a family to break the generational cycle of poverty that plagues many families in Liberia. We are so proud of you Naomi and are honored to have walked along side you and watched you grow.
September 2020: Thanks to the generous donation from Joanne Schulz and Keith Frasier, Naomi has been re-enrolled into school for the 2020/2021 school year. She is in the 11th grade this year and still wants to be a lawyer when she grows up. She continues to live with her mother.
October 2019: Thanks to the generous donation from Patricia Shabaz, Naomi has been re-enrolled into school for the 2019-2020 school year.

Naomi’s mother is a recipient of Girl Power Africa who can not afford to send Naomi to school. Her interests are learning and she hopes to be a lawyer when she grows up.
