Moses did not complete the school year because he was sick for about 3 months out of the year. He will need to re-take Kindergarten-1 this year. He still wants to be a teacher when he grows up and he continues to live with his mother. (Moses was in the hospital during the 2020/2021 school distribution. His materials were left with the school authorities). Thanks to the generous donation from Debra Capener, Moses has been re-enrolled into school for school this year.

Meet Moses, who has been generously sponsored by Debra Capener. He is 6 years old and is going to school for the very first time, in ABC. Moses lives in Suakazue, Liberia with his mother. Moses’ father passed away on July 25, 2018. His mother is unemployed and cannot afford to send him to school. His interests are playing with friends, and he hopes to be a teacher when he grows up.
