Meet seven-year-old Mercy, she wants to be a doctor one day. She lives in Dewoblee, Liberia with her parents and six siblings. She loves helping her mother with household or gardening chores. Mercy’s favorite dish is torbogee stew with rice. Torbogee is a pungent, fermented stew made with a variety of vegetable and meat options. Mercy’s favorite pastime is singing.
