Maron continues in the K2 class this year, as she was not able to pass to the next level and is repeating K2. This past year has remained very difficult for her, as she is still coping with the deep loss of two key members of her family. These losses have continued to affect her emotionally and academically, making it challenging for her to fully focus in school. Despite her struggles, Maron has shown honesty and determination. She shared that she is committed to trying her very best this year and has promised to work hard so she can successfully move on to the next grade level. Her teachers and caregivers are continuing to support her as she rebuilds confidence and stability. Maron remains a gentle child with a caring heart, and her family is extremely grateful for the opportunity sponsorship provides. Being able to attend school gives her structure, encouragement, and hope during a very vulnerable time in her life. Thank you for standing with Maron and giving her the time, patience, and support she needs to heal, grow, and succeed. Sponsored by: Anonymous Donor

Maron faced a challenging year and was unfortunately demoted to the K2 class after struggling to keep up with her lessons. She had faced significant losses in her life, losing both her mother and grandmother within the past eight months, and this deeply affected her ability to focus on schoolwork. The loss of these two important figures in her life left a gap that Maran found hard to fill, and as a result, she fell behind in her lessons. Despite these difficulties, Maron has a bright and caring spirit. She loves to play with dolls and enjoys helping her mom with cooking at home. Her kindness and willingness to help others show her strong character, even in the face of adversity. This year, Maron has made a promise to herself to do better. She is determined to work hard in class and overcome the challenges she has faced. With the right support and her own inner strength, Maron is ready to move forward and continue her journey toward success. Her story is one of resilience, and she has the potential to rise above her struggles and achieve great things. Sponsored by: Tijuana Odom

Meet Maron, who has been generously sponsored by Todd Schliesman. She is 5 years old and is going to school for the first time in the ABC grade. She lives in Beagonpa, Liberia with both of her parents. The family is extremely poor and could not afford to send Maron to school. Her interests are playing and she hopes to be a nurse when she grows up.
