Marion lives with her mother and four siblings in Flowin, Nimba County.  She is fourteen years old and in the fourth grade.  Marion’s father abandoned them, and their mother does subsistence farming to provide for her family.  The income from farming cannot extend to cover all that is needed for supporting the children in school.  Marion was thankful for the gift of a scholarship. Sponsored by: Farhat Bhuiyan
