Eleven-year-old John is in first grade this year! He continues to live with his mother who is struggling with mobility challenges due to a disability. His father is not in the picture. John is academically gifted; his favorite subject is math. His aptitude for math will go a long way in nurturing and actualizing his dream of becoming an engineer. Thanks to the generous donation from Marianne Siebert, John has been re-enrolled into school for the 2021/2022 school year. He was promoted to the K-2 grade this year and still wants to be a engineer when he grows up. He continues to live with his mother.

John’s mother is a disabled and is unable to work to support her family. His interests are building things and he hopes to be an engineer when he grows up.
