JACKQUELINE: S546-SEH

Jacqueline is now repeating the first grade after being moved back from second grade when her school conducted a reassessment of all students. It was determined that she needed more time to strengthen her foundational learning. Although this was disappointing news, Jacqueline is showing resilience and has committed herself to trying harder and improving her studies. Her living conditions remain the same, and life continues to be challenging for her. Despite these difficulties, Jacqueline holds onto hope for a better future. She has previously shared her dream of becoming a nurse — a goal that reflects her caring heart and desire to help others. With continued support and encouragement, Jacqueline is determined to rebuild her confidence, grow stronger academically, and keep moving forward. Sponsored by: Phil Vasby

Jacqueline was promoted to the second grade this year and was elected as her class vice president. She aspires to become a nurse and still lives with her mother. Unfortunately, she was unable to attend the distribution due to illness, and her materials were left with the school principal. Sponsored by: Phil Vasby

Meet Jackqueline, who has been generously sponsored by Joyce Jorgensen on behalf of the estate of Dennis Valstad. She is 5 years old and is going to school for the first time in ABC. She lives in Sehyi Geh, Liberia with her mother. Her father died from alcohol poisoning 3 years ago when he had gone to a party. Her interests are just playing, and she is not sure what she hopes to be when she grows up.
