Grace is now 17 years old and was promoted to the ninth grade this year. She continues to stand out academically and remains one of the strongest students in her class. Her passion for learning is evident, and she continues to pursue her dream of becoming a lawyer one day. At home, Grace carries a great deal of responsibility. After school, she runs to the market to buy food, brings it home, then walks to the creek to fetch water for the family. Once she returns, she prepares the meal, and the family has their one meal of the day between 7:00 and 8:00 in the evening. Despite these demanding daily duties, Grace remains committed to her education and continues to perform well in school. Living with her mother while her father is unable to support her education, Grace understands how precious this opportunity is. She remains deeply grateful for the chance to attend school and is determined to use her education to change her future. Grace’s resilience, leadership, and dedication continue to inspire everyone around her.
