Meet George, who has been generously sponsored by David Helbach and Lana Howard-Meyers. He is 7 years old and is going to school for the first time this year, in ABC. He lives in Sanniquellie, Liberia with his mother. Unfortunately, this cute little kid had been accidentally skipped twice from our waiting list! He came and said Oma, “I wana go to schoo Oh, buh my ma nah gah money to sen me to schoo”. (Translation: Oldma, I want to go to school, but my mom can not afford to send me to school ). His interests are playing soccer and he hopes to be a teacher when he grows up.
