Favor was promoted to second grade! Her teacher reports that she’s been a great student and very engaged. Her favorite thing to do is to ride her friend’s bicycle. Acquiring a bicycle is no small feat in Liberia where most families live off less than two dollars a day. Favor is really enjoying school and the new friends and experiences. She continues to reside with her grandfather and still wants to be a nurse when she grows up. Sponsored by: Lori Fischer Hall

Meet Favor, who has been generously sponsored by Lori Fischer Hall. She is 6 years old and is in the K-2 grade this year. She lives in Gbeleyee Town, Liberia with her grandfather. Her father died recently from a stroke. Her interests are playing with friends and she hopes to be a nurse when she grows up.
