12-year-old Emmanuel had a good school year. When he was just seven years old, he told GPA, “I want to go to school so I can help other family members”. Emmanuel “owns” the culturally expected responsibility of becoming a benefactor for his family! What can easily be perceived as a stressful burden is Emmanuel’s hope and determination. This little one’s insight and maturity exceed his chronological age. What a privilege to walk alongside Emmanuel in his educational journey. Sponsored by: Scott Lacourse
Thanks to the generous donation from Andrew Uithoven, Emmanuel has been re-enrolled into school for the 2019-2020 school year.
We are pleased to announce that Emmanuel was promoted to the 1st grade for the 2018-2019 school year. Lori Fischer Hall and family, thank you for your sponsorship and giving your student a gift of education.
