Ekie: S808-FLO

Ekie lives with her grandmother and three siblings in Flowin, Liberia.  Their father abandoned the home leaving the mother to care for the children.  Her mother remarried to a man who did not want the children to live in his home.  Ekie’s mother sent them to live with her grandmother.  Ekie is in Kindergarten-2 this year. She wants to be a teacher one day and is very thankful for the gift of a scholarship. Sponsored by: Joyce Jorgensen
