CATHERINE: S568-GEH

September 2021: Thanks to the generous donation from Phil Vasby, Catherine has been re-enrolled into school for the 2021/2022 school year. She was promoted to the 2nd grade this year and still wants to be a driver when she grows up. She got a kick out of sitting in the driver’s seat of the Girl Power Africa car while we were at her school.  She continues to live with her grandmother.

September 2020:  Meet Catherine, who has been generously sponsored by Phil Vasby. She is 8 years old and is in the 1st grade this year. She lives in Gehwee, Liberia with her grandmother.  Her mother died, at the hospital from Cholera 2 years ago. Her interests are playing and she hopes to driver when she grows up.
