Bob was promoted to the 10th grade! Many Liberians don’t make it this far in school, so it is a huge accomplishment! He is looking forward to graduating high school but enjoying journey. He is in the 7th grade this year and still wants to be a pastor when he grows up. He is doing good in school and likes to play soccer (football). He continues to live with his mother.

Meet Bob, who has been generously sponsored by Lori Fischer Hall and family. He is 13 years old and in the 4th grade this year. He lives in Beagonpa, Liberia with his mother. Bob told Girl Power, “My father divorced my mom and my mom is suffering with us. She don’t have money to send us to school.” His interests are playing soccer and he hopes to be a pastor when he grows up.
