January 2024: Yei is a forty year old woman living with her six children and husband.  Her husband farms but cannot make enough money to fully provide for his family beyond food and shelter.  All but one school age child is in school and Yei desires to start a business to support her husband’s efforts.  Yei wants to cook and sell food out of her home, and she was granted a business development grant to support her goals.
