January 2024: Victoria is a forty year old widow caring for her family of six through subsistence farming.  Her husband died from bee stings resulting from his attempt to harvest honey from a wild bee hive.  The honey was to be sold to help with ongoing household expenses.  Victoria and her older children work the farm.  The children help out after school hours.  She requested (and was granted) a farming supplies package.
