SUPRISE: S1090-GBA

Surprise is 16 years old and is in the third grade. She dreams of becoming a nurse one day, driven by a strong desire to help others. Surprise’s mother passed away when she was young, and her father, along with his new wife, lives in Guinea, leaving Surprise to be raised by her aunt. Her aunt has four children of her own and, unfortunately, struggles to make ends meet. As a result, Surprise is unable to attend school regularly. Despite the challenges she faces, Surprise remains hopeful and determined to achieve her dream of becoming a nurse. Sponsored by: Tina Hinchley
