January 2024: Regina is a twenty-one-year-old widow caring for a family of four (two children and two extended family members).  Her husband died from a tree felling accident.  He made a living by cutting down trees on people’s farm; a manual chore that requires a lot of skill in determining the direction of the tree fall.  Regina provides for her family through cooking and selling food in the market.  She desires to expand her business and was awarded a business development grant.
