January 2024: Fifty-three-year-old Yalama lives with her husband and seven children.  She makes a living through subsistence farming but shared she’s not earning enough to take care of her family’s basic needs.  Yalama’s husband is blind and can no longer assist with farming activities.  Yalama wants to expand her farming enterprise but could not afford to buy agricultural tools.  She was given a farming supplies package.
