Otis: S857-KPA

Eight-year-old Otis is in second grade.  He wants to be a pilot one day.  Otis was abandoned by his parents two years ago and he is living with his grandmother.  The reasons why his parents abandoned him is not known but GPA is committed to walk alongside him in his educational journey.  His grandmother could not afford to send Otis to school as she does subsistence farming and can barely provide a meal a day for her ten-member household.  Otis and his grandmother are thankful for the gift of a scholarship.
