Nine-year-old Ophelia wants to be an immigration officer one day. She is in the first grade and lives with her grandparents. Her mother died a few years ago and the whereabouts of her father are unknown. Her grandparents could not afford to send her to school. Ophelia is thankful for the gift of a scholarship.
