Leroy: S852-KPA

Nine-year-old Leroy is in second grade and lives with his father and five siblings.  Leroy’s mom abandoned the family a few years ago and her whereabouts is unknown.  His father does subsistence farming and cannot afford to support all his school age children educational fees.  Leroy wants to be a police officer one day and is thankful for the gift of a scholarship.
