Lorena got a DOUBLE promotion to the first grade! She worked extremely hard to skip Kindergarten-2 and catch up with her age-appropriate grade level. This is not an easy task, but with hard work and dedication, Lorena made it happen. She still dreams of becoming a doctor one day. Lorena’s teacher said she’s very active in class and helps the teacher whenever she needs assistance. She continues to live with her mother. Sponsored by: Phil Vasby

Eight-year-old Lorena is in kindergarten-1 class and lives with her mother and seven siblings.
