Felton: S841-KPA

Six-year-old Felton wants to join the army one day.  He loves playing football and helping out with the farming chores and activities.  Subsistence farming parents find it difficult to fully provide for their families.  Food and shelter are inescapable staples leaving families vulnerable to pay tuition costs for their school age children.  GPA scholarship support is a welcomed safety net for children like Felton.
