January 2024: Elizabeth is a twenty eight year old single parent providing for her four children through selling charcoal and palm nuts. Driven by her goal to send her children to school, Elizabeth desires to make her own charcoal and sell it wholesale for a greater profit.  Elizabeth was given an economic development grant to buy tools and supplies to develop her charcoal making enterprise.
