Martha is a 60-year-old widowed mother (and grandmother) who lives in Sannequillie, Liberia and has never been to school.  Martha’s son who is to support her passed away from the Ebola virus. After his death, she took over the responsibility of his children.  She’s unemployed and had come to Girl Power Africa for assistance.  Thanks to the generous donation from Charmaine Pellitteri, Martha will be selling char-coal to help support her family. Thank you for giving Martha and her family a hand up.
