Kou is a 40-year-old disabled widowed mother of 5 children who lives in Sannequillie, Liberia and has never been to school.  On November 2, 2019 her husband who was the only bread winner for the family passed away in his sleep. She and the children are devastated. She had come to Girl Power Africa for assistance for her to support her family.   Thanks to the generous donation from Jess Reed, Kou and her children will be selling cold drinks to help support the family. Thank you for giving Kou and her family a hand up.
