MARIETTA: E402-GBA

JUNE 2022:  Marietta is 41 years old and she is our Girl Power Team D Leader. 
Marietta is widowed; her husband passed away in December 2021.  She lives in
Gbapa, Nimba County. She has five children ranging in age from 23 to 4.  When
she was in her early twenties, Marietta was pursuing a college education but had to
drop out due to financial difficulties.  She is a subsistence farmer providing for her
family of 9 persons (her five children and four extended family members).  Girl
Power donated farming supplies that will go a long way in gradually moving
Marietta from subsistence to profit-making farming ventures. Thanks to a donation
from the Girl Power Africa General Funds for making this possible.
