MARY: S356-DUA

2019:  Meet Mary, who has been generously sponsored by Brenda Vesperman. She is 17 years old and is in the 9th grade this year. Mary lives in Duazon, Liberia with her Mother. Mary was a former student of Girl Power Africa who had gotten pregnant and dropped out of school.  Now that the baby is 8 months old and is no longer breast feeding, she has decided to go back to school to set a better example for her son. Unfortunatly, she cannot afford sponsor her own education.  Her interests are taking care of her son and she hopes to be a nurse when she grows up.
