October 2019: Thanks to the generous donation from Patty Glennon, Jeroline has been re-enrolled into school for the 2019-2020 school year. 

June 2019: We are pleased to announce that Jeroline was promoted to the 1st grade for the 2018-2019 school year. Patty, thank you for your sponsorship and giving your student a gift of education through Girl Power Africa. 

2018:  Meet Jeroline, who has been generously sponsored by Patty Glennon. She is 10 years old and in the kindergarten2 this year. She lives in Barpa, Liberia with her grandmother. Jeroline’s father disowned the pregnancy when her mother was pregnant. Therefore, he has never been a part of Jeroline’s life. Her mother’s new husband does not want Jeroline in the house and she was given to her grandmother to live. Unfortunatly, the grandmother is unemployed with no income to support she and Jeroline. She hopes to be a lawyer when she grows up.
