Yeleseh was unable to complete school last year due to the tragic loss of his father, who passed away from a snake bite while working on their farm. This loss made it impossible for him to attend school and continue his studies. His favorite subject is math, and he is extremely grateful to have been re-sponsored to return to school this year. Yeleseh is determined to continue learning, work hard, and honor his father’s memory by pursuing his dreams. His resilience and gratitude for education are inspiring, and he is committed to building a brighter future for himself.

Yeleseh is 14 years old and in the second grade this year. Despite his young age, he has big dreams of becoming a banker when he grows up. Yeleseh lives with his father, who is disabled and unable to use his legs. His father is wheelchair-bound, which makes it difficult for him to provide for the family. Though Yeleseh’s father faces many challenges, Yeleseh remains determined and hopeful for his future.
