Saye, at the age of 19, achieved a significant milestone by being promoted to fifth grade, bringing him closer to his ultimate goal of graduating from high school and pursuing his dream of becoming a mechanic. Despite the challenges he faces, including caring for his disabled mother, Saye demonstrates remarkable determination and resilience. After school, he navigates the bustling streets of Liberia, selling soft drinks under the scorching sun, weaving between cars in traffic, all in the hope of earning enough to support himself and his family. Eighteen-year-old Saye was promoted to fourth grade and has been re-enrolled into school for the 2022/2023 school year! He is very grateful to be able to go to school.
