Over the past year, Salomie completed K2 and was promoted to 1st grade after successfully passing her class. She performed very well academically, with spelling noted as a strength, and remained happy and motivated to continue learning. This year was challenging for her family, as her father left the home, placing additional strain on household stability. Due to these hardships, Salomie was temporarily out of school. With continued support, including school fees and supplies, she was able to return to school and continue her education, remaining focused on her goal of advancing to the next grade.

Salomie is seven years old and lives with her mother and her four siblings. Two years ago, their father abandoned the family, leaving Salomie’s mother to raise the children on her own. Despite her mother’s best efforts, they struggle to make ends meet. Salomie is a dreamer, and she has big aspirations.
