OLINKEH: S57-SAN

September 2021: Thanks to the generous donation from Sue Smith Holman Olinkeh has been re-enrolled into school for the 2021/2022 school year. She was promoted to the 3rd grade this year and still wants to be a doctor when she grows up.  She continues to live with her father.

September 2020: Thanks to the generous donation from Sue Smith Holman, Olinkeh has been re-enrolled into school for the 2020/2021 school year. She did not complete her last year and is still in the 2nd grade this year due to her uncle’s illness. She still wants to be a doctor when she grows up. She continues to live with her father. (Olinkeh was out of town on the day of the 2020-2021 school distribution. Her materials were left with the school authorities).

October 2019: Thanks for the generous donation from Sue Smith Holman, Olinkeh has been re-enrolled into school for the 2019-2020 school year.  Olinkeh and her father wake up at 4 am each morning to make cookies for sale. Olinkeh takes the cookies to school to sell during recess and lunch time to her school mates while her father takes some to the other schools for sale. From the sale of the cookies, they can buy food for the day. 

June 2019: We are pleased to announce that Olinkeh was promoted from 1st to 2nd grade this year. Sherry, thank you for your sponsorship and giving your student a gift of education. 

2018:  Olinkeh has been generously sponsored by Sherry Melde. She is 9 years old and  was promoted to the 1st grade this year. Olinkeh lives in Sanniquellie, Liberia with her father who is unemployed with four children. Her interests reading and she hopes to be a doctor when she grows up. 

2017:  Meet Olinkeh, who has been generously sponsored by Lana Howard Meyers. She is 8 years old and in the kindergarten1 this year. Olinkeh lives in Sanniquellie, Liberia with her father who is unemployed and couldn’t afford to send her to school. Her interests are reading and she hopes to be a doctor when she grows up.
