NEOMIE: S1119-SEC

Neomie is a bright and cheerful 7-year-old girl who is starting Kindergarten this year. She lives with her grandmother, who has taken on the responsibility of raising Neomie and her siblings because Naomi’s mother is unable to care for them. Although life has been challenging, Neomie is eager to learn and is very excited to finally have the opportunity to go to school. Her grandmother, who is unemployed, is extremely grateful for the sponsorship that is making Naomi’s education possible. Neomie’s story is a wonderful reminder of the power of support and opportunity.
