This little forthcoming medical doctor, was a kindergarten student and has worked harder over the year and obtained a promotion to the 1^st grade. She is very active, confident, and good at answering oral questions in class. Marie’s favorite subject in school is Motor Skills and her highest mark is in Health Education. Thanks to the generous donation from Marilyn O’Connor, Marie has been re-enrolled into school for the 2021/2022 school year. She was promoted to the K-2 grade this year and still wants to be a doctor when she grows up. She continues to live with her grandmother.

Meet Marie, who has been generously sponsored by an Anonymous donor (Mohamad). She is 6 years old and is in the K-1 grade this year. She lives in Zorgowee, Liberia with her grandmother. Both of her parents are farmers with 9 children. They do not make enough money to send their children to school. Marie was given to her grandmother to live. Her interests are playing with her friends and she hopes to be a medical doctor when she grows up.
