LUCELIA: S1035-NEW

Lucelia is 10 years old and lives with her widowed mother and her eight siblings. Tragically, their father passed away in an automobile accident, and since then, their mother has been struggling to support the family. With limited resources, she has been unable to send Lucelia and her siblings to school on a regular basis.
