Louis is 12 years old was promoted to the fifth grade this year and shared that English is her favorite subject. She is the classroom sweeper and takes her job seriously. Her teachers noted that she continues to perform well and is among the top students in her class. Louis shared that Girl Power Africa’s support with school fees and materials helps her stay in school and remain focused. Louis is 11 years old, in the 4^th grade and lives with her grandmother. She loves math and is known for being a very serious and hardworking student, as praised by her teacher. At home, Louis helps her grandmother with the daily chores, including washing the dishes, drawing water, and cooking. Despite the challenges she faces, Louis remains dedicated to her studies and contributes to her family in every way she can, all while dreaming of a brighter future through her education.
